Kushiriki : Pronounced “ku-she-ree-kee”, kushiriki is the Swahili word for “sharing”. This cookbook is inspired by families, friends, and communities joining together to share food and create special memories. Through this book we aim to raise funds and awareness for the Mission Morogoro project in Tanzania. The template below is provided for you to share a favourite recipe you use when cooking or baking for your family and friends. We would like recipes for starters, mains, sides, desserts, treats, and drinks for the following categories: Al fresco, Coffee mornings and afternoon teas, Celebrations, and Pot luck suppers (one-pot dishes).
